Treemandos

We’re thrilled to present an exciting new collaboration of five seasoned island musicians, coming together formally for the first time after years of enjoying informal sessions. At the heart of this talented group is Jenny Henry, whose inspiration has brought these musicians together for what promises to be a remarkable performance.

Some of Shetland's finest mandolin players: Gary Peterson (Hom Bru), Kenny Johnson and Jenny Henry (Mandolin Band) are joined by Grant Nicol on guitar and John Clark (both Haltadans) on bass, although Grant and John can both play mandolin too – so who knows what might transpire on the night? :-). Expect a set with exceptional musicianship, spontaneity, and island flair.
